Reconstituting a Land Title in the Philippines

All I can say is, it's a lot of hassle.

If you're from San Jose, Antique and you try doing stuff like this, be prepared to grow some white hair; literally. That's because it takes eons of time.

Add to that the very old offices that will serve you, it doesn't make things more interesting but because you don't have any other choice, you just have to bear with what's available...

Wasted Airport

I think that Evelio Javier's name was unfairly attached to the now languid and almost forgotten airport in my town of San Jose de Buenavista here in Antique. Why should the name of such an admired man be given to a rotting airport? Hopefully, DOTC's (Dept of Transportation and Communication) project to revive and improve it will be a success.

Airports however remains a business undertaking (in my opinion), and even if the airport is made more beautiful, efficient, and etcetera, it still is going to die a slow death if passengers are not going to make use of it. Again, hopefully, better planes will attract the needed passengers. We will never know until they're here (planes and passengers!).

Living Becomes More Expensive

It hurts my pocket more when I go and get goods at our local grocery stores...I need to augment my food source with homegrown vegie!
